- Kiri Xu
Enrolled in July, 2006, 5th grade, starting in level B. Completed O level in December, 2010, 10th grade. Finished levels B to O in 5.5 years. Currently working on level X. She is one of dual program completers.
Teacher’s comment:
Kiri completed the Kumon Math Program in December, 2010. She is a determined and hard working student, totally capable of adhering to the Kumon philosophy of self learning. Thanks to her Mom who did not allow her to use the solution key book to help her, thus indirectly help her to achieve her ability of self learning. Congratulations Kiri!
- Olivia Pobiel
Enrolled in September 2003, 10th grade, starting in F Completed O level in December, 2010, 12th grade. Finished levels F to O in 2+ years.
Teacher’s comment:
Olivia completed the Kumon Math Program in December, 2010. A home schooled student, she utilizes the Kumon to augment her math curriculum. Through her persistence, she was able to finish the program in a very short time. A sample comment of Olivia’s thought on the program:
“The later levels (M, N, O) had portions that were very difficult. Sometimes, after struggling with one problem for 20-30 minutes, I stopped and returned to it later. If that didn’t work, I would ask for help at my next session…”. Congratulations, Olivia.
- Ruhi Sikri
Enrolled in July 1999, 1st grade, starting in 3A. Completed O level in August, 2010, 12th grade. Finished levels M to O in in less than 2 years.
Teacher’s comment:
Ruhi completed the Kumon Math Program in December, 2010. She started the Kumon program when she was in 1st grade. After moving away from Minnesota, she decided to continue the program through remote learning instead of attending the local Kumon center. Utilizing Apple’s ichat program to chat with instructor, she completed levels M, N and O in less than 2 years. Congratulations, Ruhi!
- Manojoram Sumasundarm
Enrolled in September, 2005, 4th grade, starting in B. Completed O level in July, 2010, 8th grade. Finished levels F to O in in less than 5 years.
Teacher’s comment:
Manoj completed the Kumon Math Program in July, 2010. Together with his classmate Sreya Venkatesan (see below), they engaged in a friendly competition to finish the Math Program. With mutual encouragement, they were able to finish the program with our staff’s help. This is certainly a good and healthy way to keep their motivation up. Congratulations, Manoj and Sreya!
- Sreyas Venkataraman
A transfer student, enrolled in August, 2006, 4th grade, starting in H. Completed O level in July, 2010, 8th grade. Finished levels H to O in in 4 years.

Sreya completed the Kumon Math Program in July, 2010. Working together with Manoj, these 2 young students were very committed and intense to complete the program. We are happy to have them as our students. Congratulations, Manoj and Sreya!
- Cecilia Fung

Cecilla completed the Kumon Math Program in May, 2010. She started the Kumon program when she was in 7th grade. She was one of the most persistent we had. It did not take her long to master the fundamentals of Math. She deserves a hearty congratulation for completing the program!
- Arth Patel

Arth completed the Kumon Math Program in January, 2010. A very hard worker, Arth was able to complete both the Math and Reading program is 2+ years. Congratulations Arth!.
- Paul Steen
A transfer student, enrolled in June, 2004, 4th grade, starting in E. Completed O level in January, 2010, 13th grade. Finished levels E to O in in 5+ years.

Paul completed the Kumon Math Program in January, 2010. Though his persistence, Paul made the decision that he would finish the Math program. He came back while he was in college and was able to do so. Congratulations Paul!.
- Vijay Narayanan
Enrolled in February, 2002, pre-kindergarden, starting in 5A. Completed O level in January, 2010, 7th grade. Finished levels L to O in in 2+ years.

Vijay completed the Kumon Math Program in March, 2010. Originally, he was a tag along with his brother Hari (our first math completer) to our Kumon center. He certainly is a kid who grew up in our center. He was admitted into the University of Minnesota Talented Youth Mathematics Program (UMTYMP) and chose to pursue both programs. Living in a suburb that is 30 miles away from our center, his mother has to drive the children more than half an hour each way to come to our center. This is commitment! He was able to finish the program in 7th grade, our youngest completer! Congratulations Vijay.
- Evan Griffith
Enrolled in September, 2003, 5th grade, starting in 2A. Completed O level in March, 2009, 10th grade. Finished levels 2A to O in in 5+ years.
Teacher’s comment:
Evan completed the Kumon Math Program in March, 2009. He started in a pretty low level but picked up speed very quickly. With his work in Kumon, he held the distinction of being the only student in Eden Prairie High School to perfect score a perfect score in the non-calculator portion of the school test. Having worked with Kumon material, Evan says he is more comfortable using mental calculation than the calculator. Congratulations Evan!
- Rushi Patel
Enrolled in June 2006, 9th grade, starting in C. Completed O level in April, 2008, 12th grade Finished levels C to O in in less than 2 years.

Rushi started the Kumon program when he was in 9th grade and it took him less than 2 years to finish it. He is by far our faster completer. Congratulations Rushi!
- Hari Narayanan
Enrolled in June 2001, 4th grade, starting in 2A. Completed O level in October, 2006, 10th grade. Finished levels 2A to O in in 5+ years. Our first math program completer.
Teacher’s comment:
Hari is our very first Math program completer. He is very much a self starter. With minimum help from our staff, he did all the complex calculus and differential equation problem. Hari is a great model student. Congratulations Hari!
